Dr. Dominique Paquette
January 2008

Dr. Dominique Paquette completed her internship at the California Animal Hospital in Los Angeles, CA and is currently a Neurology Resident at the California Animal Hospital under the direction of Dr. Veronique Sammut. She is originally from Montreal, Quebec, Canada and completed her DVM degree at the University of Montreal. Although she has a special interest in neuromuscular diseases, she enjoys all aspects of veterinary neurology.

Dr. Roger Pettigrew
August 2004-May 2005

Dr. Pettigrew received his DVM in 2000 from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts, BWI. He completed a general internship at the Animal Specialty Group in Los Angeles followed by a surgical internship at the Long Island Veterinary Specialists and a neurological internship at the University of Georgia. He began working with Dr. Shelton on a retrospective study of feline neuropathies in August 2004 while recovering from total hip replacement surgery. In his off time, Roger enjoys golf, swimming and scuba diving. He has just been accepted to a neurology residency at the University of Wisconsin, Madison beginning July 2005.

Dr. Claudia Salvadori

January-March 2004.

Dr. Salvadori is a PhD student at the Department of Animal Pathology of the School of Veterinary Medicine Of Pise, Italy. Her PhD program is dedicated to the neuropathology and neuromuscular pathology of the domestic animals.

 


Dr. Marti Pumarola

January-April 2003.

Dr. Pumarola is a veterinary neuropathologist visiting us from Catalonia, Spain. He is Professor at the Veterinary Faculty of Barcelona. His areas of interest include neurodegenerative diseases, prion diseases, aging, and neuromuscular diseases.

 

Dr. Jason Evans
November 2002

Dr. Evans completed his neurology training at the Veterinary Neurological Centers in Las Vegas and Phoenix under the direction of Dr. Don Levesque. He is now board certified and in a private specialty practice at the Veterinary Neurological Center in Phoenix, AZ.

 


Dr. Michelle Murray

November 2001.

Dr. Murray is now board certified in veterinary neurology and is working at the Veterinary Neurology Center in Tustin, CA.
